Sainsbury's has reopened its £115m media review after PHD lodged a complaint about the pitch process following its defeat to M/SIX.

Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest beer brewer, has kicked off a global media agency review, putting Vizeum on alert in the UK.

Barclays has called an estimated £60m global media review, putting incumbent Maxus on alert. ID Comms is advising Barclays on the competitive pitch.

PSA Group, the owner of Peugeot and Citroën, has launched an estimated £500m global media review. The French car company currently uses Havas and OMD for media planning and buying. Both agencies handle about ten markets each. Havas looks after France, Spain, Latin America and other markets. OMD oversees the UK, Germany and Italy.

Britvic, the soft drinks business, is reviewing its creative agency roster in a bid to "streamline agency support services". Bartle Bogle Hegarty London has ended its relationship with the company that owns the J2O and Robinsons brands as it will not be repitching for the account. Iris and 101 London also work on the account.

Sanofi, the French-owned pharmaceuticals giant, has launched a review of its estimated €900m global media business, following its acquisition of German rival Boehringer Ingelheim’s consumer drugs division last year.

Publicis Media’s Zenith is believed to handle the majority of Sanofi’s media planning and buying, while WPP’s Group M looks after some of the former Boehringer Ingelheim business.
